Welcome to RoamDog

Premium dog adventures across Perth’s inner and southern suburbs

RoamDog provides premium, door-to-door dog adventures for selected Perth suburbs, with structured small-group outings led by experienced handlers.

Each dog is allocated to a service zone based on suburb. Each zone has a dedicated adventure day, helping us keep routes efficient, packs consistent and travel time manageable for the dogs.

All dogs must complete a suitability assessment before attending. Places are limited and subject to pack availability, route capacity and compatibility with the existing group.

Availability

RoamDog operates on a small-pack membership model. Each zone has limited places available, and new dogs are added only once they have passed assessment and a suitable pack place becomes available.

Availability depends on:

  • your suburb and assigned zone

  • current pack capacity

  • your dog’s suitability and compatibility

  • route efficiency

  • handler capacity

If your zone is not yet active or your preferred pack is full, your dog may be added to the approved waitlist.

A premium alternative to ordinary dog walking

RoamDog is not a casual dog-walking service.

Using our purpose-designed adventure vehicle, we provide calm, structured group adventures for dogs who benefit from active enrichment, safe transport and consistent pack management.

Our handlers are trained in canine behaviour, group dynamics and risk-aware supervision. We prioritise small groups, careful matching, calm handling and safety-first decision-making.

With door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, remote handover options and optional post-adventure care add-ons, RoamDog is designed for owners who want their dog to enjoy a premium adventure experience without needing to be home during the day.

You’ll stay informed with updates and photos, while your dog enjoys a structured, enriching outing with a carefully selected group.

How it works

RoamDog is built around safety, structure and genuinely great experiences for dogs.

All dogs must complete a suitability assessment prior to attending.

Here's how it works, step by step.

1

Suitability Assessment

Every dog completes a short assessment so we can ensure the right group fit, safety and handling approach.

2

Approval & Onboarding

Once approved, you’ll gain access to available Adventures, Urban Enrichment sessions and membership options.

3

Adventure Day

We collect your dog from home, deliver a structured day led by trained handlers, and return them safely with updates along the way.

Behaviour-Aware Grouping

We compose packs based on temperament and social style, not numbers.

Safety-led decision making

Our team is trained to read canine body language, manage group dynamics and intervene early to prevent escalation - delivering calm, considered supervision throughout the day.

Structured Enrichment

Activities are chosen for mental and physical engagement, not chaos or free-for-all play.

Updates

Dogs return calmer, more engaged, and confident - with clear reports that reflect how the day supported their wellbeing.

Small Groups

Small groups by design - Dogs are grouped based on compatibility, not convenience. We prioritise balanced interactions over maximum numbers.

Safety

At RoamDog, safety is our priority. Our fully equipped adventure van adheres to all safety standards to provide peace of mind for pet owners.
