Last updated: 24/12/2025
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by RoamDog (“RoamDog”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services
RoamDog provides professional dog walking, outdoor enrichment, transport and related pet handling services. Services are delivered using a structured, supervision-based model.
The nature, duration, location and composition of activities may vary based on conditions, safety considerations and dog suitability.
Eligibility & Acceptance
We accept only dogs assessed as suitable for structured group or supervised environments.
We reserve the right to:
-
refuse or discontinue services at any time where a dog is deemed unsuitable
-
modify activities, routes, group sizes or service formats
-
suspend services where safety, welfare or behavioural concerns arise
These decisions are made in the interests of all dogs, handlers and the public.
Health, Behaviour & Disclosure
You warrant that your dog:
-
is in good general health
-
is free from contagious illness
-
is appropriately vaccinated in accordance with veterinary advice
-
has no undisclosed behavioural, medical or handling issues
You must promptly notify us of any changes to your dog’s health, behaviour or medication.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in suspension of services.
Care Standards
RoamDog will take reasonable care in the handling and supervision of dogs while they are in our care.
Dogs remain animals with inherent unpredictability, and no outcome can be guaranteed.
Veterinary Treatment & Emergencies
If a dog becomes unwell or injured while in our care, we may seek veterinary treatment where reasonably necessary.
Where practicable, we will attempt to contact you prior to treatment. In urgent circumstances, treatment may be authorised without prior contact to protect animal welfare.
Risk & Insurance Acknowledgement
Certain risks are inherent in animal handling, outdoor activity and group environments.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks outlined in the RoamDog Client Liability, Risk & Insurance Acknowledgement, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and must be accepted prior to service commencement.
Owner Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
-
all information provided to RoamDog is accurate and complete
-
your dog is suitable for the services booked
-
collars, harnesses or equipment provided are fit for purpose
RoamDog may use its own equipment where deemed necessary for safety or control.
Transport
Where transport is provided, dogs will be transported using secure, purpose-appropriate systems.
Transport routes, timing and arrangements may vary based on operational requirements.
Fees, Bookings & Cancellations
Fees are as advised at the time of booking.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are subject to any cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking or published on our website.
