Before You Begin

RoamDog provides premium weekly dog adventures for selected Perth suburbs. Each dog is assessed before joining so we can build safe, compatible small packs and provide a calm, structured adventure experience with door-to-door pick-up and drop-off.

This form is for customers who are genuinely interested in joining the RoamDog Weekly Adventure Membership.

RoamDog membership is $539 per month per dog and includes 4 adventure credits per billing cycle.

After submitting this form, you will be asked to add a valid payment method. You will not be charged the monthly membership fee at this stage. Your first monthly membership payment will only be charged if your dog is approved and confirmed into an active pack.

The assessment is included for customers who proceed with RoamDog membership. If your dog is approved and you later choose not to proceed, decline a confirmed place, do not respond to a confirmed place offer, or cancel within the first 3 months of membership, a $79 assessment and onboarding recovery fee may apply.

Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance or immediate availability. If your dog is approved, they may be confirmed into an active pack or placed on the approved waitlist until a suitable place becomes available.
